Like most people I have used many, many can openers in my time - some better than others.
This can opener is a little different from most of the others. For one thing, it has just one arm rather than two arms which clamp together to force the blade into the lid of the can. Instead this opener is simply placed against the lid of the can, turned anti-clockwise to start with to release the roller and then clockwise to open the tin.
The blade cuts open the can around the rim instead of the top of the can so the blade does not touch the food and no sharp edge is left. Also the lid doesn't fall back into the can, it simply lifts off with the opener.
If you like to hang up your utensils the can opener has a hanging hole at the end of the handle.
The turning handle is very well designed so that it is comfortable to hold and non-slip.
The can opener is very smart and looks and feels top quality. It arrived in a cardboard box with all the operating instructions on the side.
It gives exactly what it says on the box - the Perfect Open.
