I live in a very rural area with no street lighting. Consequently, when it gets dark, it gets very dark here! Lovely for star gazing but not so good when it comes to finding your way to the front door on the way home from the village pub.
We have had a sensor light fitted above the garage for many years, mostly successfully but it increasingly had a habit of only coming on once you danced around waving your arms in the air - and then only once you had fallen down the step. Last week, however, it decided to come on - and stay on. This resulted in an irate neighbour complaining about it shining through his bedroom window all night.
So, a new motion sensor light was needed.
The LE 30w motion sensor light is very similar in size and appearance to our old light - just an updated version. So similar in size infact that my husband was able to fit this light in place of the old one very easily, even using the same screw holes.
I was delighted to find that when I arrived home from work may way was lit - no dancing or waving required - and I didn't fall down the step!

I am a former professional seamstress so have used a lot of sewing thread in my time.I was attracted to these threads as they are excellent value for money and it is so useful to have a selection of different coloured threads to hand for those small alterations and repairs.Each spool holds 250 yards of polyester thread. Each spool has a protective cellophane wrap to protect the thread until required.The thread has a decent amount of strength to it so won't continuously snap when used in a sewing machine as is often the case with cheaper thread.Very impressed.
